Aufgaben

Your job
• 18-months Traineeship Program in the area of our Lighting Brands (Zumtobel/Thorn) and Portfolio Management with a focus on Innovation,
Strategy and Business Development
• Participation offered into new identified business development topics in several application areas, from early analysis to tactical strategy deployment. Where topics like Project Management, the construction industry and architecture as well as innovative professional lighting solutions with connectivity & IoT play a big role
• You will be actively involved in cross-divisional projects, partly without supervision

Qualifikation

Your profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, innovation management or alternatively a STEM background
• Strong interest and affinity in data analytics and digital tools
• Ideally, you have gained first professional experience in an international company.
• Open-minded and proactive
• Perfect English skills and one other language.
German language skills are beneficial
